ESC has more than 10+ high-precision CNC machining centers,This is why we have the ability to process high-precision hardware parts for automobiles. We have Zeiss CMM, which also ensures that every part we make can meet the customer's drawing requirements.
The offerings include rapid prototyping using 3D Printing, Vacuum Casting / RIM and Machining to make prototypes in a time and cost effective manner. The Auto industry heavily uses soft / prototype tooling for their functional part production and testing. ESC makes these injection moulded parts in the desired end-use plastic, and offers assembly and testing support to the industry. Additionally, the company is capable of procuring standard parts as per specification and outsource some manufacturing, to finally assemble all components in-house for the client.
